Prior to Precise i had Maverick (i386), but I had another hardware on my
computer and the printer worked there. That computer passed out, so I
had to get new one. The first (and only) system i installed on the new
(this) computer was Precise (amd64) and the printer did not worked. So

jEzEk, thank you for testing the newest mainline kernel. Did this issue
not occur in a release prior to Precise?

So, i installed v3.8-rc1-rarring [0]. I attached install log to [1a],

jEzEk, thank you for testing the mainline kernel v3.7-rc8. Could you
please test the newest mainline kernel http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-
ppa/mainline/v3.7-raring/ ?
If reproducible, could you please boot into the newest mainline kernel,
and gather a USB trace for a more in depth analysis foll
I'm sorry my latest post says i tested the latest version, but i've not.
I've tested latest quantal version. Now I've tested the latest version
in mainline v3.7-rc8 [0]. dmesg says the same thing [1], and lsusb still
don't show the printer. I also have installed the latest firmware for my
mainboard
So i tested it on tle latest upstream kernel v3.6.3-quantal[0], with
extra packages. No effect. The 'dmesg' command is the same than before
and 'lsusb' do not shows the printer.
