Ho hum.
I've disabled AHCI in the BIOS setup (and set it to IDE - not sure quite
what this means because the CD & HDD are SATA drives).

I went through every combination of these settings with the last
release, so somethings clearly changed (2.6.20?) in this one.

Downloaded & booted todays (6/4) daily amd64 live CD & it fails also.
BUT this time, there are some devices.
It was looking for /dev/sr0 presumably to mount the CD to install, but
there isn't one. Theres a /dev/scd0, sg0 sg1

BTW, openSUSE 10.2 installer boots fine! It does load the dreaded
JMicron stuff while booting though.
