I think I know what happeneds as bzr functions correctly now. I don't think I
was completely done installing via apt bzr when I tried to launch it. I had
two many windows open and should have double checked that apt was finished
before trying to launch bzr.

Can you verify that you the directory /usr/lib/python2.5/site-
packages/bzrlib/ exist, and that symlinks in there point to files in
/usr/share/pycentral/bzr/site-packages/bzrlib/ ?

This looks like you have 2 python's installed, and bzrlib installed in
one, but /usr/bin/python points to the other.
I see this:
ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/bzr
InterpreterPath: /usr/bin/python2.5
ProcCmdline: /usr/bin/python /usr/bin/bzr
