i am experiencing the same issues. i use my raspberry pi as pulseaudio sink
(pulseaudio 2). i updated pulseaudio 2 on the raspberry to version 3 by
downloading a precompiled version, but to no avail. The stuttering still occurs.
somewhere i read that version 4 of pulseaudio improved the situation
In my case there is no need to suspend and resume. In every case problem
occurs. I think this doesn't matter.

I am also experiencing this issue. I am using Ubuntu 12.10 with FF 18 as
pulseaudio client and latest raspbian with pulse audio 2.0.16 as sound
server. Probably it doesn't depend on flash because problem is with YT
html5 as well.

Oh, and I forgot the most important: Flash is maybe not the problem
here, since in my case youtube+html5 has the very same problem.

I am also experiencing this issue simply by playing back Youtube video
straight after doing a cold boot in 12.04. It starts happening pretty
soon after the video has started playing back. I'm not playing anything
over the network, just locally on my machine. Unfortunately I'm not at
the machine in
Potentially useful data point: switching the stream to local output and
then back to the network output resolves the stuttering for the duration
of the flash video.
