installed Alpha5 Intrepid Ibex 8.10 on my TC4400, results:
- suspend function so far, i have no issue, works fine
- hibernate is still an issue on TC4400
got these error in console when hibernating:
[433,378598] ata5: ACPI set timing mode failed (status=0x300d)
[433,888128] ata1: exceptionEmask 0
The Ubuntu Kernel Team is planning to move to the 2.6.27 kernel for the
upcoming Intrepid Ibex 8.10 release. As a result, the kernel team would
appreciate it if you could please test this newer 2.6.27 Ubuntu kernel.
There are one of two ways you should be able to test:
1) If you are comfortable
I had the same problem, but managed to get s2ram to work with the following
work-around:
I re-compiled the kernel, selecting module compilation for "Mouse
interface" and "AT keyboard" (I first removed "if EMBEDDED" from
drivers/Kconfig and drivers/keyboard/Kconfig).
