I just tried to create a folder with the name "Mẫu ví dụ" on lubuntu 13.10 and it works properly. I also tried other UTF-8 names without problem. Can anybody that is experiencing this bug please try to reproduce it with lubuntu 13.10 as well? This could either been fixed there, or be a more specif
