Tested on mainstream kernel http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.5-rc7-quantal/ and the problem still exists. Removed tag kernel-unable-to-test-upstream and added kernel-bug-exists-upstream ** Tags removed: needs-upstream-testing ** Tags added: kernel-bug-exists-upstream ** Changed
