I've been playing with apport a bit more, and it seems like reports that I generate without crashing a process, e.g., by apport-cli -f -P don't have a ProcCmdline field, whereas reports generated automatically when an application crashes (or is killed, e.g., with a SIGSEGV) do. Is this intended
