Ubuntu better. Reviewing your dmesg attachment in this bug report it
seems that there is a problem with your hardware. I recommend
performing a back up and then investigating the situation. Measures you
might take include check
To retrieve a correct Firefox version running, I was obliged to uninstall all
packages beginnig with firefox and having 13 as version.
After I manualy download from pool all v 11 packages and install them with dpkg.
firefox_11.0+build1-0ubuntu4_i386.deb
firefox-branding_11.0+build1-0ubuntu4_i386.
