Matt, as you said, I am referring to the UniversalAcess option,
and the output of that really long thing is
org.gnome.desktop.a11y.mouse secondary-click-enabled true
But the error happens SOME reboots and ive reenables it since the last
time it happened.

Using the same version of gnome-control-center on amd64 on an HP
Elitebook 8460p, I cannot confirm this bug, it works fine for me.
Can you confirm that you are talking about the "Simulated Secondary
Click" feature under Universal Access (which I assumed it what you
meant)?
