[Upstream] Saving to .doc decouples endnote number from text

to make Ubuntu better. However, I am closing it because the bug has been
fixed in the latest development version of Ubuntu - Wily Werewolf.
This is a significant bug in Ubuntu. If you need a fix for the bug in
previous version
I just tested this with:
Version: 4.4.2.2
Build ID: 40m0(Build:2)
Locale: en_CA
On Ubuntu 15.04.
Saved as docx and it opened fine in Libre Office.
Would be good to test whether it works in Word, but I don't have that :)
