yeh, I havent seen this issue since upgrading to quantal. I also have no
plans to start backporting fixes to precise.

grid layout issues
I don't think this is reproducible any more in gnome-documents 3.6 on
Ubuntu 12.10. If you can identify a specific commit that fixed this, we
can try to backport it to Precise but Documents was definitely still
Alpha-ish for Precise.
