solution:
1.enable the network
2. get a root sh (type in a konsole sudo su)
3. update ubiquity
apt-get update;
apt-get install ubiquity-frontend-kde
or apt-get upgrade :P

ln -s /etc/xdg/menus/applications-merged/kde-essential.menu
/etc/xdg/menus/kde-applications-merged/kde-essential.menu
For me it works fine. Immediately without starting kde again.
