Just in case this helps I fixed the problem by doing :
sudo aptitude purge rabbitmq-server
sudo aptitude install rabbitmq-server
I think this is related to the Ubuntu package being broken under some
conditions.

These settings allows me to use the headset to listen an record with program
like skype.
So the remaining issues for me is that I need to do this after each reboot and
that the switch is not done automatically when I insert the jacks of the
headset.

#activate the sound on the headset

This magical spell make the headset working : ./hda-verb /dev/snd/hwC0D0
0x0a SET_PIN_WIDGET_CONTROL 0x40
also when I plugged them in the speaker does not stop mute yet.
