I am using kernel 2.6.32-16-generic.
The issue now is that the system does resume but can take up to 2-3
minutes other times instantly but the real concern is that on all
occasions the screen comes back with multiple ghost images and fans
switch to full speed, only solution is to restart then full
Unfortunately I have now upgraded to Lucid because the bug was never
fixed for the 2.6.31 kernel while I was using it. Regrettably it is
still an issue on the latest Lucid kernel. I have not submitted any
bugs regarding this issue currently because I am using the Lucid's
Radeon driver since ATI's
