kopete has some problems when upgrading to maverick and reuse the old
kopete configuration files.
I did not test everything. But it seems that configured accounts do not
appear anymore. Kopete tray icon does not appear anymore. it does not
work to
as of May 21. 2010 in ubuntu LTS 10.04 still not fixed...

Problem is: I am using Kubuntu and in Kubuntu there is no way to change
those options in the mouse preferences... I couldn't find an easy way
to install a mouse configuration tool, so this is definitly a problem...

Hi, I have a dell vostro 1310 with intel gm965 on latest overnight
kubuntu karmic 9.10
Most graphical glitches are gone and everything works in fullscreen mode.
But in windowed mode, the menus do not work.
but icons, graphical artifacts and all this kind of stuff does not show
up anymore.

I have added an attachment of this "transparent" blender problem
(this just occurs when kwineffects are enabled.)
As you can see in this snapshot the shell is "shining" through blender making
it unusable. you can see the default blender scene when starting a new
installation of blender
hmm. now that's interesting... why does blender not work with the
"ubuntu-native" library versions?
thx for that blender-static-script hint anyway :)...
btw when kwineffects/compiz is enabled it still does not work even when
using "./blender-static", because blender is than transparent ... :)

When I watch TV, using a Terratec Cinergy TĀ²USB DVB card, I can not go into
sleep mode while watching TV. Kubuntu does not reach the sleep mode and instead

I can confirm this bug...But it does occur a little different. When I
have a configured wireless network which automatically connects, for
some reason it asks me for my password. Then fails to connect but at the
