The simlilar "install-info" bugs may easiy be causeed by user's modify
in configure files, So when users are going to modify a configure files,
the system should be automatically record what configure has changed.
Thus, the system can be robust enough and change it to the original
version configura

I've got it. When I install TexLive 2011 which are not in offical source, I add
two stupid line in the /etc/environment, which cause the problem for months
when I "apt-get" occasionlly:
sudo mkdir -r /usr/share/font/Winfont
sudo mkdir -r /usr/share/font/Adobefont
