This may be only a change in behavior from previous Firefox (2.0.14) but
it is not a welcome addition and I'll call it a bug cuz it make my
system crawl. 8-)
In prior versions, "Open all in Tabs" would clear the current tabbed
pages and open

I saved (exported) my Firefox 2.0.14 [working] bookmarks before
installing Ubuntu 8.04 and Firefox. When I import that bookmarks.thml
file, all of the first level folder and bookmarks are correctly
imported, but all of the first level folder
