Hi. If I remember right, the bug was fixed in time for the final release
of Karmic, so I imagine it'll still be working in 12.04.
I no longer own this phone so I can't double check for you.

Sorry Christopher, I thought I had given the bug at least a descriptive

Also copied the details from the old bug report onto the description for
this one, since almost no details have changed except for the version of

If I use the keyboard shortcuts on the far left of the keyboard to
change the volume, the mouse left click will become pressed down and
will not reset itself. At that point I can only right click. I have to
restart GDM to be able to use my PC again.
I was about to report a bug, but it looks like this is very similar to
the issue I'm having.
My screen will flicker randomly. Usually it's not very noticeable, but
sometimes it is so bad that the computer is nearly unusable. The screen
just flickers on and off. This also sometimes causes freezes.

Hello, very sorry I haven't responded to the comments.
Actually, this bug was fixed in subsequent updates not too long after I
reported it, so I assumed it was a bug that was known about and fixed
and that didn't need further commenting on it.
So the status of this report could be set to fixed.
Not sure what you mean by fakeraid, but interesting you should mention
raids. I fixed this problem by deleting the raid my disk was setup in
(It needs to be in raid for the bios to boot from it for some reason).
After installing Ubuntu, I recreated the single disk raid array and it
booted up fine.
This problem effects me and is not fixed in the daily build (28/10). I
can't either select a disk in the dropdown menu, or use the manual
partitioner to select any partition on my two SATA drives. The drives
are just not listed. My one IDE drive is detected fine. The drives are
also detected fine b
