If clipping text is not that big, then copy to "system buffer" w/o
confirmation. If it's quite big (10/100/1000 Mb) - then ask.

I've tried to get Hardy's VPN stuff to work, but failed.
I've:
- unlocked versions in synaptic,
- purged old versions,
- installed new versions of network-manager-vpnc & vpnc,
- edited /etc/dbus-1/system.d/nm-vpnc-service.conf:

As I said before, Hardy's VPN doesn't work. Try Feisty's ones. That's
how you can test your "first.last" username.

I found that old network-manager-vpnc applet used to store both pin &
group key in keyring instead of asking pin every reconnect. That brings
a little discomfort: I can connect only from second time, because first
time old (obsolete) key used to connect => always fail.
New network-manager-vpnc has

I've tried to use binary vpnc from feisty, and it works too! So, instead
of 1-4 do this:
1) download binaries from http://packages.ubuntu.com/feisty/net/vpnc &
http://packages.ubuntu.com/feisty/net/network-manager-vpnc
2) install them:
$ sudo dpkg -i vpnc_0.4.0-2ubuntu1_i
[SOLVED] (a kind of)
0) uninstall vpnc & network-manager-vpnc via synaptic
1) download *source* package of 'vpnc' from feisty distro:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/feisty/net/vpnc (take all 3 files - .dsc,
.orig., .diff.)
2) install it:
$ dpkg-source -x vpnc_0.4.0-2ubuntu1.dsc
$ make && sudo make
