I tried to execute this shell script at startup
sleep 5
echo 'password' | sudo -S pkill sddm-greeter
I wanted to see the splahscreen animation but kill that process after a
5 seconds delay, but i got no effect.
I'm not shure if that is the correct process name...

I made my personal handmade fix like this:
I placed a bash script called netres.sh in my home with these commands within:
sleep 30
echo 'my_user_password' | sudo -S service network-manager restart
then

The package fix for that bug doesn't fix this problem
