I have a PDF-file that, when being cropped by "pdfcrop", is always
cropped at the top by 28 pts more than expected.
For example
pdfcrop --margins "-734 -14 -43 -42" that.pdf out1.pdf
acts as if I specified "-734 -42 -43 -42".

Got this when setting up base-files (10.1ubuntu2.4) in Ubuntu 18.04.2

Just as a notice: the described problem can be workaround by doing sleep
(aka standby aka in-memory-suspend) after resuming from hibernation.
I.e. the system is restored from hibernation, the screen is broken (only
the right 1/10 of the screen works). Then press Ctrl+Alt+F2, type your
login, Enter

When kpackagekit is implicitly running (i.e. performing some background tasks,
like checking for updates), it should not disturb the user with error

duplicate. And also changing AccelMethod from EXA to XAA really HELPS.

I've also tried different themes (e.g. Plastique, GTK+, other) for short time,
