AFAIK, for PGO in Firefox only the xulrunner package needs to be
compiled. The "firefox-*" packages only contain XUL, Javascript, and
other non-compiled resources.
Michael: what did you need to change in the debian/rules file to make
PGO work? All build instructions I've found use client.mk; Ubunt
