Binary package hint: fping
Minimum ping data given by sizeof (PING_DATA) gives 12b on x32,
but 24bytes on x64.
This makes default ping size 68bytes (76 with icmp hdr) on x64 because
default_ping_data is calculated as PING_DATA + 44
Non trivial bug, but still.

Can confirm this bug on a Compaq 6910p laptop. Harddrive is detected by kernel,
I can partition/format/mount using both fdisk or gparted. But when running
installer(Prepare partitions) disk/partition is not recognized.
Also tried booting with dmraid disabled, same fault.
