Hello there. It's Ubuntu 14.04 Kernel 3.13.0-34-generic The problem still persist. Some sites could not be opened, or open partially with very long delay. High packet loss to those sites has been observed also. Disabling windows scaling does not resolve the issue. A better solution would be great
