With up to date karmic the invisible status doesn't work for my gmail
account. Tried both account types jabber and gtalk and also with
telepathy-haze installed instead of telepathy-gabble. Is there any
changelog mentioning the relevant fix?

I go nm-connection-editor -> Mobile Broadband -> GSM Connection -> Edit
and there are two tabs Mobile Broadband and PPP. No IPv4 tab. The wired

I see the notebook only every other weekend :) and I will try wvdial
next time. Right now vodafone-mobile-connect from

notebook instead of the network-manager and DNS works all the time. The
vodafone app allows to set DNS manually
Also happens on my machine. About half of the time I get the bogus dns
10.11.12.13 and 14. I use huawei e220 modem. The dns data in the mobile-
broadband-provider-info is correct for my provider. How is network-
manager even supposed to know which provider to use? Didn't find any
such setting.

When I start dosemu, I get the following, only:
$ dosemu
LOWRAM mmap: Invalid argument
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
I use latest hardy on 3 different machines (both ix32 and amd64), tried
the console as well as X11, with the same result. The last time I'm
certain it work
If I get it right, there's no need for badram patch unless bad bytes are
spread all over the map. With a bit more manual effort one can use
memmap=exactmap parameter already present in current kernels.
