Well Mitch, the Beta PPA packages do not solve the problem. Now "Ubuntu
One" is in the Main Menu->System->Preferences, but only shows
"Preferencias de Ubuntu One" (Ubuntu One Preferences), and it does not

Ubuntu 9.10 is a Wubi installation, but the attempt to install Ubuntu 10.04
