Whenever I open a pdf with evince version 3.4.0-0ubuntu1.4 in Kubuntu 12.04
with all updates applied, an apparmor message pops up that cannot exec
/usr/bin/kde4-config. apparmor version 2.7.102-0ubuntu3.4, uname -a

I am now using Kubuntu 12.04, and there is no problem with suspend/resume. The
bug can be closed.
I do not know at what stage the bug was fixed. I have attached the Xorg log
file in case it is of use to you.

This bug also occurs with Kubuntu 11.10 (Oneiric). The same work-around
"fixes" the problem - install system-config-printer-kde from Maverick
(currently version 4.5.5), and pin to this version.

Forcing fbcon is a problem with HP nx6125, which has Radeon XPRESS 200M, as
this laptop cannot resume from suspend if a framebuffer is used. I had to
disable KMS so I could use suspend/resume. So I hope we are not forced to use
fbcon.

Have tested with gutsy live DVD downloaded on Sept 8, and seems OK.
Cannot test suspend/resume as have no room to install gutsy, and cannot

This does not seem to be a duplicate of 38329 (and the other bugs also
marked as duplicates of 38329), because they all report problems with
the bcm43xx driver. I usually have no problems with suspend/resume etc
