Are you using the desktop cube or the expo plugin? If you are using the
expo plugin, just disable the desktop wall plugin. I also have this
problem with my laptop using the desktop cube. My laptop touch pad's
right side, used for scrolling, will change the desktop unexpectedly.
Very Annoying. For
I forgot to include that you get the Free Vmware-Server right from the
vmware website. All you have to do is register for the free serial
number. And yes its free, and yes i know its weird.

I have no problems on Ubuntu Gutsy with the FREE Vmware-Server 1.04
using the latest any-any update.
What happens for me is the install script quits halfway through, you
apply the any-any update below and it will restart the install script
for you and finish the installation.
Works Perfect Everyt
