affects me also. Went from 9.04 to 9.10. worked in 9.04 but not in 9.10. I
use only compact flash so I can not confirm the others. :

Not sure why they made this into a question as it's a bug. Regardless
if the real cause is the disk being full, the message is not compatible
to the real cause. If I didn't find links to this issue, I would not
have know that my disk is full therefore affecting the login. This is an

I've searched the internet on this and can't find an answer to my issue.
I have 3 computers and only this one is having an issue. Of the other
two, one is the same Ubuntu release, so my guess is that it's not
software? Could it be that the motherboard is too new?
