[Bug 602480] [NEW] "ls" command doesn't show correctly unicode characters

Public bug reported: When connected to a server with "ftp" I make an "ls", it doesn't show correctly the characters that have accents and other punctuation symbols (for example "á", "à", "ú", "ï", etc.). Instead of any of these symbols, it shows "??". Example of what happens: myu...@mycomputer:~
