purge
purge is identical to remove except that packages are removed and
purged (any configuration files are deleted too).
So I think it should appear in the removed category.

And I did choose my first language when I installed the operating system.
And I had installed the language package.
When I press the "Win" key, a menu will appear, so will the "search
box".
