It seems that support for some devices (including dsbr100) is deprecated
now. This module can be selected only when using the old V4L API, not
the compatible Layer.

Please check Device Drivers-->Multimedia devices-->Video Capture
Adapters-->V4l USB devices-->D-Link USB FM radio support again as a
module.

Try to downgrade to an older xorg-core package with
apt-get install xserver-xorg-core=1:1.0.2-0ubuntu10
