installed post-installation script returned error exit status 135
Public bug reported:
this along with a couple of others failed to operate correctly when
installing, also maybe this is another error or related to this but the
launch manager or the home folder i cant exactly remember, multiples of
folders were popping up in the taskbar. i ve never had this issue
