I can confirm this bug. I also noticed that the evolution-exchange
backend tries to use 100% cpu. Contrary to Chris' experience, II get the
error message immediately after I start Evolution. Restarting X does not
work for me.
Since I updated to Gutsy a few weeks ago Evolution finally seemed to be

I can confirm this bug. Although I do not use public folders, evolution
still takes very long to start up. The odd thing is that first evolution
checks for new messages. And even if I do not have new messages
"Fetching summary information for new messages" takes a few minutes.

I have more information on this bug. It seems to be caused by a problem
with the imap implementation. When using pop3 the e-mails are displayed
fine. Other mail readers do not have trouble displaying these messages.
Nice detail: The imap server causing these troubles is a Novell one.

I can confirm this. On my ATI laptop the colors of the usplash splash
screen also change during bootup in a way that doesn't seem intended.

Contrary to the experience of Luka Renko, frequency scaling still
doesn't work in the current Edgy kernel (2.6.17-7.20 generic). The odd
thing however is that it does work in 2.6.17-7.20 386.

I'm sorry if I was unclear. A partition on a vfat or ntfs volume shows
up with two icons, e.g.: "data" and "data (2)".
This happens in the Places menu and on the Desktop. In the Computer
"folder" only one icon appears. My nautilus version is:
2.15.92.1-0ubuntu3. This is in Ubuntu edgy.

I suppose you meant "kcmshell k3bsetup2", kmshell is an unknown
command. Running this gives the same result:
