I tried to INstall the new Ubuntu MATE onto the new Raspberry Pi 400
Keyboard PC that was recently Released, and gave me an Error.
Tehre is the BUg Report.

I updated the Blue man Program without the Driver's as an Experiment, It
works fine until you Update the "Raspberry Pi 3 Bluetooth Driver"
It's a Driver Issue, someone needs to Separate the Raspberry Pi 3, and 4
Driver's..

I found that installing the Blue man Update is OK, Just do Not allow MATE
to update the Bluetooth Raspberry Pi Drivers themselves, That's the Issue.
I've had to Reinstall Multiple times, And I have concluded that Ensuring
the Bluetooth Driver's it the only Solution, at least until the MATE Team
