running the command outputs this
$ dpkg --add-architecture i386
$ dpkg: error: unable to create new file '/var/lib/dpkg/arch-new': Permission
denied
Then running the same command prefixing sudo
$ sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386
$
That is... it outputs nothing.

Even if there was some error at the end of the installation
the windows program just works fine.
I am running lubuntu 20.04 daily image.
But contrary to what you said I am unable
to install wine32 using apt get

installed it in lubuntu 20.04 daily image.
Now it works!

I am trying to run a windows.exe
doing wine programename.exe
tells .exe is malformed.
But I came to know that If i try to run 32 bit windows appliction with
64 bit wine it will be like this.
I tried to install win32 in lubuntu 20.04 daily image.
But it tells not found and
Searching internet for restoring deleted ubuntu system files does not
help.
Does ubuntu has a mechanism wherein it checks the root partition for
missing system files and restores them?

I was irritated to see at spi d service running in system monitor.
Tried everything to stop that service going to autostart folders and stopping,
etc.
But it did not stop loading.
So I went to the folder where its binary was ( i forgot which folder)
and deleted it under sudo.
Please close this. I have installed but after waiting for 5+ minutes
welcome screen. Tell users to wait in the step.

I waited for some 5 minutes. After that it works.

Running sudo -E calamares -d in terminal does not work.

Tamil input is not working at all.
When i change to tamil language input, when i type it just prints blank
