I just noticed this. my bluetooth keyboard appears to be reporting the battery
status while the bluetooth mouse doesn't.
This wasnt the case earlier and both were reporting 0%.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for posting the script/instructions - I'm still having trouble
compiling the lis driver. Looking at the output of the build scripts, it
is ignoring the 'lis' driver (list of the 'to be compiled' drivers is
empty) - must be failing one of the checks but I can't nail down which
test
I upgraded from 8.10 to 9.04 two weeks and I just came across this problem
today for the first time.
All of a sudden some of the keyboard mappings just stopped working, e.g.,
alt+F4, ctrl+F4, ctrl+alt+arrows, etc.
I am using US keyboard with dead keys in case it is relevant.

I often have no desktop items/panels/icons after startup.

I encountered the same problem with my touchpad.
The patch seems to fix the problem: my touchpad is recognized.
On the over hand, this patch totally crashes the graphics interface using
Beryl, but no bug with Metacity.
Perhaps it's normal, but i just want to report this problem.
