the refresh should be automatic for those files that not have a thumb yet.
changing the folder name that contain those files, infact, magically the thumbs
appear. But renaming back the folder, everything is lost. Very annoying bug.

Nautilus 2.20.0 opens correclty a remote sftp site, but cannot browse it
correcly.
If a remote folder contains html files, firefox is correctly opened, but
nothing appears.
I cannot browse the remote site.
Konqueror does it perfectly, so I think nautilus should too.
