Public bug reported:
Ubuntu 15.04; installed fglrx-updates from Software&Drivers, encountered boot
loop error for Unity.
Repaired through GRUB Recovery menu, removed fglrx*.
Could then log in to Unity, had dual screen backgrounds and cursor, no dash or
clock, no functionality other than TTY1..6.
Public bug reported:
Seems like the problems starts when it downloads the install package and
then it can't find it like it didn't existed or something.
