i tried to perform following activities n the keyboard mapping are all
messed up. no customization on keyboard done.

- open terminal
- press key
- able to page up to previous executed command, but at the same time the
"internal microphone" key pop up "ON
problem is tested on display manager "gdm3" as well as "lightdm".
