that gnome-shell runs successfully if I run it manually.

I haven't seen a tasklist-associated crash in a few months, although
I've been running Karmic for only about a week now. I don't know if this
is because the problem has been fixed or if something else is masking
it. I still get occasional Evolution crashes, they just don't appear so

2000 USB keyboard. Caps Lock worked with a PS/2 keyboard, didn't work
when I switched to the USB keyboard. Caps lock started working again

You can't reproduce it with the default gnome panel setup. In order to
reproduce the bug, the panel containing the window list must have its
"Expand" property turned off. Once you do that, the bug appears

Here's another one. This time I'm certain evolution was idle; I unlocked
the screen and to find evolution locked up and evolution-data-server
stopped. When I ran "c" in gdb, evolution-data-server immediately
segfaulted. Stack trace attached.

Modifications" extension after all. It took a couple days, but today my
Flash plugin stopped working with that extension disabled.

The about:plugins page lists the Adobe flash plugin, 10.0r15, and has
the Totem Web Browser Plugin 2.24.3 associated with video/flv. I believe
the Adobe plugin is loading in most if not all cases.
I also have the swfdec 0.8.0 and gnash 0.8.4 packages installed,

I think I found the culprit. I disabled the extension called "Ubuntu
Firefox Modifications" and that seems to make the Flash problem go away.
Occasionally Flash objects come up as grey boxes (with a "Transferring
data from..." message in the status bar) but they load when I refresh
the page.

forcedeth module is loaded after resume.
I just tried manually unloading forcedeth after resume and then re-
loading it. When I do so the system claims to have detected a link but
NetworkManager can't get an IP address.
