hello, I had the same problem on my E220, and then I update E220
firmware to v7100399 (via windows) and the problem disappeared! I
freely plug/unplug every time and still can connect without rebooting
first.

I also had the same problem on my acer 4736z, it started happening when I
finished updating Lucid RC.
