After that, I have downgraded the package and everything is working again now :D

Mmm.. maybe I was too excited about youtube working, and thought that
everything was right.
As I can see now, youtube (as well as youtube embeded videos) and many other
flash sites are working again for me. About www.libero.it, it behaves the same
in konqueror as in firefox.

depends on libpoppler1-qt4, which is no longer in gutsy repositores.
