Exact same issue with a Gigabyte BRIX GB-BACE-3150 with a Celeron N3150
(Braswell). I've had this issue with Lubuntu and Debian (lxqt with
xfwm4) with and without Compton as compositor.
I'm using a monitor plugged in with hdmi.
