this issue is still unresolved for 64bit machines:

The VPE is broken and there is DXLink server isssue too. Works perfectly
on 32bit system.

Same error here
Gutsy, Dual Core AMD64 with Nvidia drivers. DX editor shows a thin tab
with no space for editing programs. A bit of annoying, really.
