to fix this problem,
delete en-ZA folder located in
/usr/lib/firefox-4.0.1/searchplugins/
and reboot

When I set my starting page to "google.com" in Firefox 4 (ubuntu 11.04 b1),
firefox displays strange language which is either English or my own
language(Korean).
I was messing with "usr/lib/firefox-4.0/searchplugins/" folder and removed
"en_ZA"
Thank you, updating "upstart" to version 0.6.6-4 works now.

After updating ubuntu 10.10 32bit today(2011-02-02 GMT +9 hrs),
I found out that "upstart" (ver 0.6.6-4) is still on the recommended update
but, "Install" button is grayed out.
