This bug still affects me, using the latest iso + kernel 3.17 on a new toshiba laptop. When I switch bluetooth off, the module keeps trying to reenable every few seconds and the logs are filled with debug messages identical to this: toshiba_bluetooth: Re-enabling Toshiba Bluetooth USB disconnect,
