use ubuntu-bug, but it seemed to upload the data to a "new" bug
on launchpad. I put this number 1873523 in the new bug description

I installed gnome-shell and gnome-themes-standard via the gnome3 ppa [1] and
it's fantastic, really good!
There's only one problem, I face with gnome-shell on amd64 and i386. There are
no umlauts in several gnome applications, e.g. gnome-ter
This bug affects me, too. I tried to create a dump file or further information,
but the log file does not come up with any information about the freeze or kill.
I tried to kill it with kill -QUIT and kill -ABRT. QUIT didn't do anything,
ABRT killed eclipse, but there was no info about the kill.
