Filezilla installed from official repos. Kubuntu 16.10.
On first run, it works properly.
On subsequent runs, I always a get a segmentation fault uneless I delete
filezilla.xml config file.
This is what I get:

So I just had the terrible to idea to try and switch from mysql to
mariadb (drop-in replacement, yeah sure...) and hit this bug.
After a couple of hours trying different things, I went back to mysql
5.7 and used the solution in #29. I think we should stop calling mariadb
a drop-in replacement, at
I can't, because I'm not 100% sure. I don't write down the exact date
everytime my system crashes.
You can wait for the next crash if you want, but it hasn't happened for
the last 3 work-days. If it happens again, I'll notice the time and
check /var/crash.

This 'bug' is fixed running "modprobe ehci_hcd" (as root) in my 13.04.
Been having the issue since 08.04 maybe, only now I _needed_ to fix it.
So maybe load that module by default and mark this as fixed?

Just incredible that is isn't fixed with a new LTS release.
My company just decided to stop using KDE due to bosses finding it

Update: It seems that's an issue with Kwallet. I just reinstalled a new
Kubuntu (7.10) from scratch and it's happening again with Kopete. When
Kopete loads, the Kwallet authorisation window never appears and Kopete
never connects. I have to make it reconnect to get the authorisation
window appear.
Confirmed, it's been happening to me with all the kio_slaves I tried
(webdav, fish, etc..)
